If you want to rock the iPad and Apple pencil combo, Affinity Designer is another great choice. It works both on mobile and desktop but it’s more customizable with on the iPad with the Apple Pencil. The finished drawing can be exported in various formats. It’s a bit expensive and complicated for someone who is just doodling, but if you are a hobbyist or a professional you should look into it.
Adobe Illustrator Draw (Android, iOS – Free)
A vector graphics drawing app from Adobe, it can be enhanced with Creative cloud integration. There are 5 customizable pens, stylus support for popular devices.
